Up to 2 hours of non-business hours (Monday to Friday 18:00-08:00 CET, Weekends and Holidays) remote technical support through desktop sharing or VPN/Dialup. Most issues can be resolved in 2 hours or less.
After successful purchase, you will receive instructions for opening a support request.
